Administrative positions

Credentialing/Contract Analyst Assistant – Full-time, administrative assistant supporting the Credentialing Specialist and Contract Analyst, assist in new provider enrollment for both physician practice and ambulatory surgery centers, Engage with payers and medical staff offices for required documentation, maintain provider data in credentialing software. Experience in billing, payer contracts, credentialing or provider enrollment. Great communication skills, attention to detail. Ideal team player.

Medical Receptionist –Full-time position, North, check in and check out, collecting co-pays, various clerical duties. Prior medical office or customer service experience a plus. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Hungry, humble and people smart.

Revenue Cycle Insurance Billing Team Member – Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm West location.  This candidate will review reports verifying patients’ insurance eligibility prior to their visit and make corrections as needed.  Prepare insurance claims for mailing or faxing.  Process the department’s mail.  Address daily billing tasks in EPM.  Print items in the print folder to mail or fax as appropriate.  Answer patient phone calls.  Answer emails.  Other duties as assigned.  Knowledge of medical billing recommended–orthopedics experience is preferred.  NextGen experience would be helpful.  Must be a team player who wants to make a great contribution to a great company and must be Hungry, Humble and Smart.

Scheduling Coordinator – 2 Full-time, schedule surgeries, outpatient procedures/tests, referrals and appointments. Clearly communicates with patients by providing instructions/information regarding their surgery/procedures and schedule follow up appointment, documents actions on paper, EMR and EHR, obtains prior authorization/approval for workman’s compensation cases, maintains accurate physician surgical appointment schedule, knowing and keeping current with requirements of multiple physicians and insurance companies. Team player, hunger, humble and smart.                                                                                              

Clinical positions

Athletic Trainer – PRN, Athletic training duties on our local high school contracted positions. Daly care and prevention of injury, documentation of injuries and referrals, acute care of athlete and staff related injuries, must be a team player and a self-starter, organized and professional, aiding with school system PPE’s and concussion protocols.

Hand Therapist – Full-time, West location, seeking physical or occupational therapist with extensive hand and upper extremity experience to evaluate and treat orthopedic clients. Splinting skills required. Certified Hand Therapist preferred.

Medical Assistant/LPN –  multiple full-time positions, UOS, assisting physician in clinic, pulling patients back, entering demographic information, various clinical and clerical duties. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.

Medical Assistant –  multiple full-time position, KOC, assisting physician in clinic, pulling patients back, entering demographic information, various clinical and clerical duties. Physical Therapy Assistant – Full-time, Seeking licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy treatments in accordance to established plan of care. Out-patient orthopedic experience is preferred. Strong communication and people skills a must.

OR Attendant –  2 Full-time, one for 9a – 5:30p M-F and one for 10:30a – 7p, with some weekend call shifts once per month, moving patients, helping turnover rooms, must be a team player.

Registered Nurse, OR Circulator – Full-time, BLS required, must have surgical experience, total joint experience preferred.

Registered Nurse, OR Circulator – PRN, 3 days per week commitment, BLS required, must have surgical experience, total joint experience preferred.

Certified Surgical Tech – Full-time, needed for busy orthopedic ambulatory surgery center located in west Knoxville. Previous orthopedic experience and total joint preferred. CST required. Must be a team player and upbeat attitude. Great work environment.

OR Registered Nurse – Full-time, Circulating cases in procedural room and orthopedic surgeries, Experience in both procedures and orthopedic surgery preferred. Five days per week, regular schedule. Team player, upbeat attitude.

Registered Nurse – 2 Full-time, 1 for 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), 1 for 10:30a to 7p shift, assist in orthopedic trauma, surgical experience required, team player.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, 7a -7p (3 12 hour days) or 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), assist in orthopedic trauma experience. Certified Surgical Tech required, team player.
