Administrative positions

Authorization/Precert Coordinator – Full-time, obtain prior authorization/approval for physician recommended test/procedures/surgeries by submitting necessary and accurate information to utilization management teams/insurance companies with correct diagnosis and procedure codes via phone, fax, and internet, enter data for claims processing, interact with physician to assist with peer to peer requests, denials and appeals, knowing and keeping current with requirements of multiple insurance companies.

Insurance Collections – Full-time, West location, M-F 8-5 with potential remote work after training, assisting with accounts receivable (A/R) management for physician claims. Monitors all accounts with  insurance balances. Works closely with Payers as well as with the front desk to collect balances, processing bankruptcies, returned statements, providing patients with information or requested documentation. Medical billing experience preferred. Must be detail oriented and team player, hungry, humble and smart.  

Patient Account Representative – Full-time, provide excellent customer service through prompt response and courteous communication, assist patients and insurance provider representative regarding accounts or charges by providing requested documentation, correction of errors and reviewing submission to Extended Business Office, Use ethical and professional business practices, adhere to patient confidentiality, team oriented.

Medical Receptionist – Full-time, West/Dowell Springs, After Hours, great customer service skills, team player mentality, fast paced environment, check-in/check-out. Must be flexible. Experience in a medical office preferred.    

Scheduling Coordinator – 2 Full-time, schedule surgeries, outpatient procedures/tests, referrals and appointments. Clearly communicates with patients by providing instructions/information regarding their surgery/procedures and schedule follow up appointment, documents actions on paper, EMR and EHR, obtains prior authorization/approval for workman’s compensation cases, maintains accurate physician surgical appointment schedule, knowing and keeping current with requirements of multiple physicians and insurance companies. Team player, hunger, humble and smart.            

Site Manager – Full-time, licensed to provide Occupational or Physical Therapy Care service delivery, working manager role. Provide operational oversight for staffing, access, resource utilization, and customer service. Supervisory experience desired.

Patient Accounts – Full-time, provide excellent customer service through prompt response and courteous communication. Assist patients and insurance provider representative regarding accounts or charges by providing requested documentation, correcting any errors found on the account, and review encounters for submission to the Extended Business Office. Use ethical and professional business practices in all aspects of the transactions, adhere to HIPAA, related work in a team oriented and cooperative manner. Clinical positions

Medical Assistant – Full-time, Maryville location, use your clinical skills to support our purpose of improving lives through patient centered care. Anticipate and assist with patient needs, teammate’s needs and provider’s needs. Multiple clinical job duties. Our goal is to provide a good and safe work environment for you.

Registered Nurse – 2 Full-time, 1 for 7a -7p (3 12 hour days), 2 for 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), assist in orthopedic trauma, surgical experience required, team player.

Registered Nurse, OR Circulator – PRN, 3 days per week commitment, BLS required, must have surgical experience, total joint experience preferred.

Staff Physical Therapist – Full-time, North location, growing orthopedic therapy clinic seeks Licensed Physical Therapist. Advanced technical skill sets preferred. Great customer service skills, team player mentality, fast paced environment.

Surgical Tech – PRN, surgical tech with orthopedic experience required. Total Joint experience preferred for PRN position. CST certification required. 2-3 days a week commitment needed.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, University Orthopedic Surgeons, 7a -7p (3 12 hour days) or 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), assist in orthopedic trauma, Certified Surgical Tech required, team player.

X-ray Tech – PRN positions, ARRT and state licensure required. Team players, producing qualify radiographs for orthopedic diagnosis.
