Administrative positions

Medical Front Desk Receptionist – Full-time, check-in/check-out, multi-talented staff member. Great customer service and Ideal Team Player mentality, ability to be flexible, work efficiently and multi-task is important. Previous medical office experience preferred. Positive work environment is our goal.

Scheduling Coordinator– Full-time, Patient care, schedules patients for diagnostic studies, surgical procedures, injections, referrals, and follow-up appointments. Multi-tasker with great communication skills. Must be an awesome team player. Hungry, humble and smart!

Patient Accounts Pre-surgery Collection Administrative Assistant –  part-time position, may be work from home, must be a Tennessee resident, administrative support for pre-surgical cases, obtaining and grouping documents, creating encounters and pre-surgery estimates for procedures. Must be detail oriented and a team player.

Transcriptionist –Full-time, medical records experience, inserting office notes and dictation. NextGen experience preferred and medical terminology a must.

Clinical positions

Advance Practice Provider – Full-time, to work with busy total joint surgeon, in clinic and assisting in surgery. Team player attitude. High energy. New grads welcome to apply.

Medical Assistant – Full-time, Multiple job duties to assist physicians in patient care, including patient education, answering questions, removal of sutures, patient flow responsibilities. We need an ideal team player. Our goal is a good and safe work environment.

Telephone Triage – Full-time, triage medical questions and refill requests from patients, working closely with physicians to meet their needs. Good computer skills and good communication skills required. Looking for Ideal Team Player.

Radiologic Technologist – PRN, must be a Registered Technologist by both state of Tennessee and ARRT, able to produce quality images in a timely manner, may be required to send and receive images to other modalities, able to multitask, proficient with both CR and DR equipment, able to manage time wisely and provide excellent patient care.

Registered Nurse, surgery – Full-time, RN for busy surgery center, must be energetic and motivated, ACLS, PALS preferred.  Experience in hospital or ambulatory center preferred. Scrub tech experience.  Total Joint experience a plus. Must have ACLS and PALS, will certify in first 90 days.

Surgical Tech –  Full-time, orthopedic experience preferred, Certified Surgical Tech required, team player, total joint experience preferred.

Registered Nurse – 2 Full-time, 1 for 7a -7p (3 12 hour days), 2 for 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), assist in orthopedic trauma, surgical experience required, team player.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, 7a -7p (3 12 hour days) or 7a -5:30p (4 10 hour days), assist in orthopedic trauma, Certified Surgical Tech required, team player.
